Craig first helped us decide on a high quality recumbent stationary bike since it will be used several hours every day and we needed it to last. He assembled it expertly and quickly, explaining how it works. He also disassembled our old bike and disposed of it. He cleaned up everything completely, and his responsiveness was immediate.
