- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very consistent with industry norms. We do have several pricing levels based on needs and number of units managed. We do offer pricing for other services such as Home Watch services and Lease Only needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally start off with a short call but we really like to get to know the property by visiting prosepective clients at the home to be serviced. At that point, we can talk about options and the needs each client has.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by Real Property Management, the largest property management company in the US with about 320 offices nationwide. Additionally, I stay current by attending various courses offered by the National Association of Residential Property Managers, especially the Ethics courses. I'm also a memebr of the Masslandlords Association. Additionally, I am a licensed Realtor.
