- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Basic, Plus, Premium and Super Premium packages to our Wedding customers, that range from a minimum of 4 hours of photography. Every event is different and we have two cameras ready for each event. The same way, every package has an estimated number of shots, that can be printed or digitized. Normally, we offer a 10% discount customer referred by a previous customer; a free first hour on plus and premium packages, or 10% on Super Premium package, during the period from April to June of each year. For other customers, we have a set of possibilities that can be for hours or type of event. We do not have studio, and when is necessary, we rent the studio
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer that customers initiate the conversation if they need the service. Call Us, and leave a message if you do not connect with us intermediately. We respond shortly, and set appointments with customers, have a conversations with individuals or groups of interest. Once an agreement is reached, we are completely committed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Javier is a bilingual photographer, educated in management and entrepreneurship. With strong experience in customer service and photography, video edition, design, Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere. He can develop the service you want easily. Javier's father taught him the principles of framing and light in video and photography. Javier has a camera in his hands for years. He loves computers and has miles of pictures in my personal files.
