- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is upfront and visible for filling the truck based on volume. Please inquire directly for recycling fees associated with: mattresses/boxsprings, TVs, monitors, appliances, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess what they need help with first and foremost. Every customer needs help with something they cannot do themself or simply would like to avoid the hassle of doing it themself. I am a solution to that need! I pride myself on superior communication from beginning to end of service. I have received hundreds of five-star reviews across numerous platforms in my professional junk removal/moving career, and it is my mission for every customer I serve to receive that standard!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years of junk removal and moving experience. Current DOT medical card to operate non-CDL commercial vehicles such as dump trucks or box trucks.
