FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is according to the difficulty of the service to be performed, and I am very concerned about being fair in relation to the price, I believe in the quality of my work and I also know that we all seek a middle ground between quality and good price. Therefore, I always evaluate the work very carefully before giving the final price. And so far, I've been successful, guaranteeing a good price with quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, first I talk to the client to understand their needs, then I schedule a visit to the work site, so I can prepare the quote and deadline. After that, if the client agrees with the price, I start the work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is, check the service provider information here on Tumbtack and just like that, call the provider to see the work to be done. Doing nothing only online, in my experience, I don't think it's possible for a service provider in this area to give prices and opinions without first having seen the job site up close.
