Introduction

Located in Wilmington. My 2300 sq.ft. studio is 100% private. I am not located in a gym or with anyone else. My own private space with one-on-one private and group classes. I have been in the industry for over 30 years. Like everyone I have had my ups and downs and struggles with weight loss and fitness goals. With my customized nutritional programs and monthly fitness assessments I can help you succeed with your fitness goals. I do not feel that what I do is a job. This is my passion. I love meeting new people and helping them to feel better about themselves and improve their health.

Working with Nancy has been absolutely amazing. I came in feeling awful about myself and in 3 months I’ve already lost 16lbs, my clothes are fitting again and I am seeing lean muscle where I didn’t have it before. She has a tremendous amount of experience and is really an expert. Not only does she get you in shape, she also monitors your progress regularly, gives you nutrition advise about macros, and has all the best equipment for healing like pulse. I train with Nancy 5x a week and know I will for a lifetime. Nancy helped me to initially lose 15 pounds in the first couple of months of me being at NA Fitness. She helped me to dial in nutrition, stay consistent with workouts, and then eventually coached me through my first prep for a bikini body building competition. Overall, she helped me to lose 45 pounds from my start with NA Fitness to the day I stepped on stage. It was a great experience.

I have been working with Nancy since mid August. Upon meeting Nancy did a complete review of my current fitness, chronic conditions that she would need to design a plan to improve and work with as well as assess my overall fitness goals. In the 2 months that we have been working together Nancy has improved my nutrition and overall fitness. I have lost close to 20 lbs, over 3% in body fat, over an inch in lost in the waist while adding muscle to my chest and biceps. Her work style is both motivating but firm. I would recommend her to all who are serious about getting in shape and positively changing your lifestyle.
