I collaborate with writers working within traditional literary forms. My clients bring me diagrams, scraps of memory, an assignment from junior high describing how they think, feel, and what they know; glimmers of who they are. Our shared goal is to transform their remnants (sometimes of a life) into a novel, short story, essay, poem, play, or memoir. There is a camaraderie in our pursuit of truth, and joy of insight.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge for the initial consultation. I give discounts for multiple scheduled reading and writing lessons per week. For most assignments, I charge a $45-$50/hour fee or a $125 flat fee for less than 2000 words. I do not do translations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For clients who have written products, I proofread the material for spelling and grammar and make improvements to diction, word choice, sentence structure, flow, and fluency.
For clients with ideas but nothing yet on paper, I suggest we approach the outline of the desired product through a ZOOM or Telephone discussion.
