Explain to the customer what is happening and why. Give a detailed description of what needs to be done to solve or serve their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22 years in the industry, have completed full 5 year state regulated apprenticeship schooling and field program, passed strict state plumbing and gas exam to obtain full journeyman plumbing license, pursued highest standard in the plumbing industry by passing state exam and obtaining master plumbing license. I also comply with continuing education standards for master and journeyman license every two years.
