- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each renovation and painting project is unique. We provide customized, transparent estimates and project plans so that our clients know exactly what to expect as we work to deliver the new vision for their homes. Factors that impact project cost include the size of the space being renovated or painted, cost of materials, complexity of work, and desired features. We offer competitive "Meet or Beat" pricing. Have another quote from a local contractor? Meet with us and we'll beat ANY licensed competitor's painting proposal pricing by up to 7% if their level of service and product matches ours!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with your vision and goals. Just give us a call and tell us what you need. We'll set up a time to have one of our estimators visit your home and walk through your project's scope. After our visit, we'll start with a preliminary project plan and customized estimate, which we’ll review with you. Once you’re comfortable with the plan, budget and timeline, we’ll get to work! Each client is assigned a dedicated project manager who will provide clear insight into your project schedule and full transparency throughout the process, so you always know exactly what’s happening. Our delivery process allows us to work around your needs and schedule – including working nights and weekends. At the end of your project, we perform a quality assurance check to make sure each goal and requirement detailed in your scope of work was completed to your satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that every detail is covered and that you’re completely satisfied with our team’s work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Vendor trainings with crews (paint, EIFS/Stucco, drywall, etc.) - OSHA certified foremen & their crews follow OSHA standards on all job sites - Lead-Safe Renovation Contractor - All field personnel are subject to a yearly review - Toolbox Talks are conducted each morning with our crews for each site
