Mike is the consummate personal trainer. I have the good fortune to be one of his personal training clients. Mike is kind, flexible, and exudes positivity. He celebrates achievements and provides unending encouragement when things are challenging. He listens and responds appropriately to my needs and adjusts the workouts accordingly. Mike’s genuine care for his clients is unparalleled. I’m a lot and he sticks with me despite all of my physical issues and I’m deeply appreciative.

Mike is deeply committed to understanding and delivering on your personal objectives. He impresses me with his vast knowledge and continued commitment to learn, try and develop new training methods. This delivers fun and results! My daughter, husband and I all train with Mike separately and he adapts to each of us. If you are able to get on his agenda you won’t regret it.

Michael is everything you could ever want in a personal trainer. His holistic view on physical health coupled with extensive knowledge of the body really instilled a sense of confidence in the training we do. His focus on long term functionality and wellbeing helped me develop a healthy relationship with physical fitness. After just a short time working with Mike, I noticed improvements in not only my strength and endurance while training, but also improvement in day to day functioning one normally wouldnt think about. His training significantly reduced the back and knee pain I use to experience and improved my posture, sleep and appetite. Along with being very informative and guiding you through training that will get you the results you want, Mike is a gem of a human being. His kind, thoughtful, and lighthearted demenor creates such a welcoming, genuine, and friendly environment. He sincerely wants to see you succeed in your fitness journey so that you can do all of the things you want to do in this life for the rest of your life. Mike is an intuitive, thoughtful and extremely qualified personal trainer. He has customized all of our weekly sessions so that I achieve my goals, not just increase my fitness level. He researches exercises and functional movements that are specific to hiking and backpacking and incorporates them into my weekly training as well as my own workout time. He keeps me motivated and is constantly pushing me in a way that has built my confidence. I highly recommend Mike as a personal trainer and coach.
