- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step would be calling or texting Naomi and Leo, then they get you scheduled as soon as possible. We do our absolute best to be out same day or next day at the latest. We always prioritize active leaks and try to have someone to you ASAP as we understand how overwhelming that can be.
