David was wonderful. He identified the issue with my oven as it overheated when baking. As I am Deaf, he was very accommodating to speak in my app that translates voice to text. He described the problem with my oven and he fixed it. He also gave me a recommendation that if it pops up again, he would do a replacement.

Jay responded right away and sent his technician out the next day. He had the parts to fix my old Viking range's ignitors and fixed the door. We had a nice chat. He was very nice and professional. I thought the price was high, so I was reluctant to write a review, but then Jay sent me the receipt for the parts which totally backed up the price.
