I had malfunctioning old Maytag dryer that 2 previous pros couldn't fix. Tural found the problem right away, ordered a needed part and fixed the dryer. Common appliance came out and diagnosed my coin operated washer right away. After ordering the part for me, they came out and installed the control board and the washer was up and running. I will be sure to use them in the future.

Could not have been better!! So knowledgeable, helped us decide if the fridge was worth the repair-it was! In passing hubby mentioned a defunct dryer and he ended up repairing that too! We had been told was not repairable by a different repair person last year! (Hadn’t removed bc it was an attached stacked unit and washer still worked and it was on 2nd floor). Could not be more pleased!

I reached out to Common Appliance on Saturday 3/23/24 due to my fridge that stopped working; the response from Tyler was so quick and he came that afternoon to find out the problem of my fridge then he told me I can fixed and if you agree I will order the part, then I agreed with the price that he gave me and on Monday 3/25/24 he came over and fixed. Now my fridge is back to work and I am a very happy customer. Thanks Tyler for being so understanding, professional and prompt to my family needs. I will definitely recommend him. He saved me money and the headache of buying a new fridge. Only $620.00 was what I spent and my fridge is working so 😁😊!
