Gia and her team are nothing short of absolutely amazing. I had an extremely complicated move that was muddled up by multiple factors, including unplanned, disassembly of furniture, narrow doorways that the movers really struggled with… Every potential hiccup that could’ve happened happened. Gia and her team were not only able to reassure me sit with me through the process which took an extra day and help, but they did so with such kindness. They could have dipped out at any time and said you know what this was just too much for us this is not what we planned, but we renegotiated was I would say too fair and wound up cutting a huge complicated move.
