we provide a full detailed project estimate which reflects the total estimated cost of the full project including, materials, labor, permits, accessories & addons, this is to make sure our customers have a transparent and clear understanding of all the cost of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation: The first step is to have an initial consultation with the customer to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. This can be done in person, over the phone, or through email. Assessment of the project: Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, the next step is to assess the project and determine what needs to be done, what materials will be required, and how long it will take to complete the project. Proposal: Once the assessment is complete, a proposal is presented to the customer outlining the scope of the project, the estimated cost, and the timeline for completion. Agreement: If the customer agrees to the proposal, a contract is signed, and work can begin. Execution: Depending on the scope of the project, the work can take several days or weeks to complete. During this time, the customer is kept informed of the progress, and any issues or concerns that arise are addressed promptly. Completion: Once the work is completed, the customer is asked to inspect the work to ensure they are satisfied with the result. Any issues or concerns are addressed, and final payment is made. Overall, the process of working with a new customer is focused on understanding their needs, providing a clear proposal, executing the work efficiently and effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
