Dan and his team were great! He was extremely responsive and accommodated a tight schedule with days to spare. He also proactively reinforced some substructure supporting steps and volunteered to dispose of an old patio slider and other waste left by another contractor. His price seemed entirely reasonable and did not change from his initial estimate. And we love the result! I would highly recommend him.
