- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to start with a phone call or meet and greet to get an idea of the client and the work to be done. Second, an onsite visit of the property to be designed or re-configured Third, come up with a design plan and begin implemeting!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always LOVED decorating, but it really began when I moved into an old and out of date rental property in the North End in my twenties. I was able to transform the apartment without making any structural changes or painting (this was not permitted as it was a rental), and I was on a tight budget. The final product was beautiful. It was then that I realized I have a talent for this and I love doing it!
