I contracted Bena to do a full renovation on two bathrooms. Bena is very professional and did the work with great responsiveness and efficiency. Before the project was started, I made several adjustments to the plan and Bena accommodated all of them. And he kept me well updated throughout the project. I appreciate that he provided me many helpful tips on the renovation work. My wife and I are impressed by the finished work, which I have attached pictures.

Flex Properties created a new 1st floor 3/4 bath. Ben was always responsive to our concerns during this 5-week process and clarified to our satisfaction any issues that came up. The people who work with Ben were always polite and respectful to the fact that we were living here during this period. Ben made regular inspections of the project as it was progressing and addressed any concerns as they developed.

We hired Ben to finish our basement in preparation for selling our house. We encountered massive problems with the Boston Inspectional Service that delayed approval of the permit for nearly 6 months. We had to stop the project and restart it this fall. Ben returned and completed the project in a timely manner. Our 1,800 sq ft basement looks amazing. The quality of the finish work is excellent.
