- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 3: Estimate After the consultation, we prepare a detailed estimate that includes the costs of materials and labor, as well as a proposed timeline for the project. Step 4: Formal Agreement Once the estimate is approved, we formalize the agreement with a contract that outlines the scope of work, costs, and terms and conditions of the project.
