Double A Home Repair's communication to their customers is terrible. I requested some repairs to my home in preparation for a sale. I was told that the work could be done in early April and a quote would be submitted in the same day. I received the quote 2 days later. After reviewing the quote I requested some minor adjustments. From that point forward, I could not get in touch with Double A. I e-mailed them directly, messaged them through this website and called them directly and have not received an answer or update. I would not recommend using this service due to the lack of communication to their customers. At the very least, it would have been nice for them to state, "we are very busy right now and cannot perform your services" instead of silence. Do not give your customers a quote with no follow up. It's poor business.
