- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases I do not charge a fee for my services. Clients pay for packages, resorts, hotels, cruises, and/or transportation and sometimes I am able to get clients a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact through email, message or phone we set up a time to talk on the phone (or in person if local) to discuss more specifics in order for me to help plan a vacation around your needs and wants.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love booking travel for myself, family, and friends so I decided to make travel my business and help others plan their vacations.
