I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work replacing a 30 year old roof and taken extra steps to repair the structure of the roof. Excellent team who left the house even cleaner than when the work begun. Jose's long time experience and hard work completed the work in a timely manner.

I had a large aluminum piece of roof flashing come loose due to windy conditions. It was up high along the roofline so I did not feel comfortable trying to secure it myself. In addition, it looked as though it was bent and damaged, so it really needed to be replace altogether. The next day I looked up and called Tyee Construction Corp to see if it was something that they could replace and the owner, Jose, said he would come over for an estimate. He came over promptly, assessed the issue, and gave me an estimate on the spot. He safely took down the piece and came back the next day, installing the new flashing which looks and fit perfect. In addition, he graciously secured some additional flashing in front of my home which was also too high for me to reach with the ladder that I had. Jose and his crew was extremely professional and wonderful to do business with. I would undoubtedly contact Tyee Construction Corp in the future for any of my siding, flashing, and roofing needs. Thank you Jose!
