We offer discount fees when we are recommended to other peers/family members. We offer discount fees if you have one of our flyers (10% off)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with new clients, I start with a free estimate and a walkthrough of the project. From there, we go over the scope, timeline, and pricing. Once everything’s agreed on, we get you on the schedule and keep you updated every step of the way. Quality and communication are always the priority.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
•What’s your budget range? •What’s your ideal timeline? •Do you have a specific style, material, or design in mind? •Are there any problems you’re already aware of (like leaks, damage, etc.)? •What’s your end goal—function, appearance, or both?
