Hello food lover! My 25th year as your personal chef. Please celebrate with me with my special 25th anniversary menus that are personalized menus that fit you and your event!! Small Weddings + Birthdays + 1 on 1 Cooking Lessons + Parties + Corporate Events + Cooking Lessons for Groups + Anniversaries + Winter + Spring + Summer and Fall + Holidays. My goal when we break bread, is to make the taste amazing, to entice you with your senses, and help you "eat with your eyes" by making my food beautiful! In addition to personalized dinners and events, I offer cooking classes. Teaching folks the many ways to cook things better, is a love for myself and what I do. I am also offering discounts of up to 25% off for group cooking classes. Colin was incredibly professional. We had clear conversations and good communication prior to my event, he showed up early to prepare, he supplied any serving platters/items I did not have, and he cleaned thoroughly. Most importantly, the food was fantastic. I would absolutely hire him again and will be recommending him to friends in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cooking classes are 135.00 for the first person and $75.00 after that, but if you have a group, the prices decrease. Meals I provide to a family of four are generally $250.00 plus the cost of groceries per week. Not too bad considering you now have time to spend with your children as they do their homework. Catering weddings and whatnot varies based on your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello, when notified that you are looking for a chef, I reach out right away. That way, we may discuss specifics about your event and get you a proper quote with very little delay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal library of over 200 cookbooks. I receive many periodicals and magazines about the culinary world. I stay in touch with colleagues from Johnson & Wales and I am constantly seeking new procedures and food on the internet. Keeping up with trends.
