If you’re looking for a professional who will go above and beyond, look no further than Mal! We needed to sell the home that my husband’s grandfather built and had seen 4 generations of love. The house had gorgeous wallpaper from the ‘40’s in beautiful condition, but certainly not what first-time home buyers would be interested in We were advised by both our realtor and stager that removing the paper and painting the walls was a priority. At this point, we had multiple wallpaper/painting pro’s give us estimates. When Mal walked in the front door and we told him what we were looking for, he actually put his hand on the wall, caressed the paper, and said “Oh no. Why would you want to do that? This paper is perfect in this home.” It was at that point that I realized he would give that home the respect it deserved, if I could convince him to take the job!! And respect it he did. His work ethic, his knowledge, his craftsmanship is that of generations past. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The walls, window frames, ceilings, radiators…all touched by a master named Mal, and his worthy assistant Pauline. If your home deserves the best.. Mal is your choice!
