- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
usually soon I get the contact from a customer i will make a appoiment to take look the house and talk about the work and time , as well the price , than after that i start to do the services....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only hire cleaners with cleaning experience. Although our cleaners have experience, we still want them to do things the efficient way. Top quality is maintained by customer feedback and excellent incentive programs that promote quality service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning houses with a friend in Boston back in 2009 to earn some extra money on a part-time basis. I enjoyed the work and the people who hired us were very happy with the results. When it came for me to work full-time, I realized I could make a business out of cleaning houses and condos. I made up some business cards and went door-to-door introducing myself to homeowners in the neighborhood. I continued to clean the homes of friends and family. Soon after, my door-to-door sales began to pay off. People started calling. I had one employee at the time, and we made sure we left every home absolutely spotless. My new customers were very happy. I knew this because they began referring me to their friends, family and co-workers. It was amazing. I learned how to efficiently manage a business and a staff. I made sure we were . Over time, our services had expanded. Almost 10 years late Framingham has been my home since 2009. . Many of my very first customers are still with me after all these years. I am so fortunate to have their loyalty and trust. The best way I can repay them is with consistent, excellent service every time we come to clean.
