Jimmy agreed over the phone to fix a cracked ABS tee for $400. He came and refused to do the job because he didn't want to open the drywall(?!?). He then demanded a $100 fee for an estimate which I refused because it was him who refused the job. HE TOOK THE HOUSE KEYS AND LEFT! - This is a vacant apartment, and he got access through a lockbox.
