Iggy is an incredibly knowledgable, fun, and kind golf instructor. I am a beginner and went into the lesson with very low expectations for one hour's worth of work. Prior to the lesson, I was topping or chunking the majority of my iron shots, despite watching dozens of YouTube swing videos. Iggy started walking me through the basics one by one (e.g. grip, stance, weight distribution, lag). After working on each component, we progressed from chips to full swings with irons. Iggy also filmed my swing and walked me through my mechanics in slow motion, which was extremely helpful. By the end of the lesson, I was hitting the ball clean consistently and drastically further. I still have a long way to go, but I'm amazed at how much we accomplished in one session. Lessons with Iggy are more than worth the money if you want to get your swing on track!

I could not have wished for a better teacher! It took him 5 minutes to check me out and to see what I was doing wrong and went right work. I learnes a tremendous amount about golf within in only two lessons and I can't wait until the fall when Iggy comes back to Florida. We are going to pick up right where we left and I look forward to work with Iggy again. Thanks Iggy, you are the best!!!!

Iggy was AWESOME to work with! I HIGHLY recommend him. I am 31 (female) and just started playing golf (my husband is obsessed with it). I have never had a golf lesson before Iggy and after taking 3 lessons I had an enormous amount of improvement. Things are starting to “click.” I wish I could continue taking lessons with him throughout the year, but unfortunately I was just in town visiting my in laws for the week. He explains things in a way that make sense. He takes videos of your swing and sends you critiques so you can see exactly what you’re doing verses what you should be doing. He provided me with drills to work on at home too, which is awesome. I will definitely book him again when I’m in town next.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I HAVE A SIMPLE PRICING SYSTEM, DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. Fee $85/hr includes golf balls. Discounts available for 5 or more lessons. Lessons also include a free video analysis. Video will be sent to you along with still shots and descriptions for improvement. Cash, check or Venmo accepted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will evaluate their swing, ask their goals, make suggestions and we together plan a schedule. My evaluation includes videos, at each lesson. Each video will be sent to my client with analysis( no charge). I always then set a daily agenda, proceed then review. Prior to departing I suggest necessary drills that will complement the lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I ATTEND THE PGA SHOW AND CONTINUE UPDATES IN EDUCATION FROM THE PROFESSIONAL GOLF TEACHERS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA. I ATTEND WORKSHOPS GIVEN BY LOCAL PROFESSIONALS TO GOLF PROFESSIONALS.
