Dino was swift to answer my call. I needed help in mounting shelves and work on a 75 inch tv. He saw what he needed to do and got on to it quickly and helped out in no time. I would definitely hire him back for any other job that I need to get done at my home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discount jobs if I am out for multiple task. If i am out to install a doorbell camera and you need a garbage disposal as well i discount the job because i don't have to redeploy to your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone or meet to see what you need to have completed, from that I can give you an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My career is in Network Cabling and I am a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). I have worked decades installing cables into businesses and homes, including hanging Displays (TV's) and designing solutions to get the signal to where you need it. Wired or wireless. That said I have experience doing multiple jobs to fill in gaps in labor. Mostly electric and appliance installation with some plumbing.
