Jean responded to my inquiry/called me quickly and was courteous and professional. He gave me an appointment time for the same day I requested his services and he arrived on site on time. Jean quickly assessed the problem and provided me with an explanation of the leak, the recommended repair and the cost. He completed all of the the repairs the same day and explained how he had fixed the leaks / completed the work. Jean's work, communication and professionalism were all excellent. I highly recommend using GNK Plumbing services.

Jean was quick to respond to my request the day I sent one over! The next day he immediately came over and looked at everything I needed done and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate. As soon as I agreed, he started that minute to get the job done! He was very professional and personable and jumped at the opportunity to help! I’ll definitely be calling him back for any and all repairs I need in the future!
