The home Inspection that was done was very thorough, David was already at the property and began working before I even got there. He took me through what he had one so far and explained everything in great detail and even gave me some opinions of what he thought I could do to improve anything and everything. He had no problem with me over his shoulder at every turn and asking any and all questions. He was very polite professional and would def use his services again and will without a doubt refer him to anyone I know. My real estate agent actually called me a few days later to use him again for another client.

My real estate broker recommended David Valley, when I was buying my condo. David was very helpful and professional identifying some issues at the studio. Simply call me to set-up a date and time to inspect your prospective home, then confirm our date and time with your Real Estate Agent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are required by the State of Massachusetts to obtain 12 hours of education credits every two years upon license renewal.
