SY electric plumbing responded to my request within minutes, offered straightforward, and very reasonable quotes for the issues I had with my sink garbage disposal and my sump pump. He was able to come earlier than planned which allowed the work to be done before our original scheduled time! Explained everything, described future possible changes but never pressured me or dramatized what was going on. Courteous, clear, friendly, done early. What more could you want?

I had such a great experience working with Samet! He was very professional, punctual and quick to help. We had an issue with a water leak at our house and came in the very next day to take a look and give us his best assessment. He took the time to explain to us what was going on and how we could fix things in a way that both my mother and I would understand. I can say that he went above and beyond with our repairs and kept everything at a reasonable price as well.
