I contacted Ortiz after a long time tenant moved out. Genny did an excellent job priming and painting, but was also able to help me replace a rotted wood window sill, resurface a bathtub, paint an outside stairs and patch some foundation with cement. Genny’s very friendly and I found his pricing very fair. I will definitely work with him again.
