Attorney General Construction did a full renovation 'rehab' of our 3 story house and a full basement removal --excellent work! Will definitely hire them again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every division or trade has different prices. We use the LAMI index in Hometech software its the Labor and material prices for the state of MA. This assures the client and the contractor that the detailed work is within the clients budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All good projects start with a physical meeting at the job site, a detailed conversation so both of us have clear understanding and expectations. Followed up by a very detailed estimate providing labor and materials for every division. All this is at No Charge to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a current GC license, a HIC Registration, DE leading License, also Full Liability Insurance and workman's comp insurance. Osha Safety Certified
