- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair to the job. Never too cheap and never too high, because that’s how it’s supposed to be. We’re not looking to make a score, we’re here for quality and reputation. We take care of our customers and work extensively to meet their budgets. The best customer is the one who refers us to a friend or family member... not the one who pays the most.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With our management team we come out to your project, for FREE, and discuss the work to be done. From there, we will come up with a fair-priced estimate based on the provided information. This could be done either on site or remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the work that we do and perform to our customers are all from a based training and experience of our painters. The work is double checked to make sure that everything is being followed accordingly to the work needed. This including a lead contractor license.
