Igor’s team is great. Fast and great quality for my three baths’ renovations. They provided me professional opinions on design and implementation. What impressed me is their responsiveness and responsibility: they are willing to fix tough issues unrelated to their job but surrounding. After all the jobs were done, they took care of everything and even asked a cleaning company to clean everything for me—really a surprise they didn’t mention beforehand. They also promised to fix any issue while I use later, and check in occasionally. Overall, a quite pleasant experience, highly recommended.

A1 Maintenance is one of the best finds I've experienced in dealing with contractors. The quality of the work was what you would expect in dealing with genuine professionals. The project was unusual but A1 was able to accommodate my vision. In addition, they demonstrated skills in working on a wide variety of projects from excavation to medicine cabinet installation. Work started on time, in the time frame we needed, beginning and ending work at the agreed upon time. As work was completed, cleanup was also completed. There were some things I hadn't thought of that actually need to or should have been addressed, which A1 pointed out to me, that proved to be very helpful. Projects were priced reasonably, especially considering other quotes I had received. I will use A1 again if/when I have more work they can take care of.
