- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to listen to the customer as they explain their need. Then I will offer a game plan to best tackle the issue at hand. I like to explain to the customer what the process to complete the job would consist of, give a rough or exact price the project would cost, and when to expect it to be completed. I'm more than happy to suggest alternative methods to complete the project as well, as long as it is still done to NEC code compliance. I do not sell the customer something they do not need.
