FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are several factors that go into our estimating process, including square footage, number of air handling units, and age/condition of the HVAC system. We pride ourselves on providing the customer with a fair and complete estimate - we do not engage in upselling while on a job. The price we send to our customer for approval, is the cost for ALL work that was discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an intake process that is conducted over the phone to gather important details about the property in order to provide an accurate estimate. In certain cases, we may ask for photos of air handling units or our Project Manager will need to perform an in-person inspection. Once the intake and/or inspection is complete, we will send over an estimate for approval. Once approved, we move to scheduling the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company owner, Project Manager and Lead Technicians are all NADCA ASCS (National Air Duct Cleaners Association, Air Systems Cleaning Specialist) certified. NADCA-certified ASCS technicians undergo rigorous training and testing to ensure they have a deep understanding of HVAC systems and air duct cleaning processes. This expertise ensures that the cleaning is thorough, effective, and safe. The importance of certified technicians in air duct cleaning lies in their knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to industry standards.
