- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a professional in mobile notary public services, tax preparation, legal document preparation, and bilingual interpretation, my typical process for working with a new client is as follows: Clients MUST have valid current ID (US or foreign), the client MUST be of sound and mind 1. Initial Consultation: The first step is to have an initial consultation, either in person, over the phone, or via a virtual meeting. This allows me to understand the client’s needs, answer any questions they may have, and provide them with an overview of the services I offer. 2. Assessment: Based on the initial consultation, I assess the client’s specific requirements. For tax preparation, this could involve reviewing previous tax returns or financial documents. For notary services, it could involve understanding the type of document that needs to be notarized. For legal document preparation, it involves understanding the nature of the document and the legal requirements. For interpretation services, it involves understanding the context in which the interpretation is needed. 3. Proposal: After the assessment, I provide a proposal outlining the services to be provided, the timeline, and the cost. This ensures transparency and allows the client to make an informed decision. 4. Service Delivery: Once the client agrees to the proposal, I begin delivering the services. This could involve preparing tax returns, notarizing documents, preparing legal documents, or providing interpretation services. Throughout this process, I ensure open and clear communication with the client. 5. Review and Feedback: After the service delivery, I review the work with the client to ensure their satisfaction. I also seek their feedback to continually improve my services. 6. Follow-Up: Lastly, I follow up with the client to address any additional needs they may have and to establish a long-term professional relationship. I am not an attorney. As a bilingual professional, I can provide all these services in both English and Spanish, ensuring a comfortable and effective communication experience for my clients.
