FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“It is important that the customer knows that my prices are fair and reflect the quality and care I put into each service. The value may vary according to the size of the space, the type of cleaning required (basic or deep) and the frequency of visits. In addition, I offer discounts for customers who opt for monthly packages or hire regular services. Regarding rates, I try to be transparent from the beginning, so that the customer knows exactly what he is paying. If there are any additional extra costs such as (dishes to wash, clothes to wash, beds to make, internal cleaning of refrigerators among other extra work or special products and cleaning of more complex areas, I always inform before starting the service.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“When I start working with a new cleaning client, the first step is always an initial conversation. At this time, it is important to understand the specific needs of the customer, such as areas of the house that require more attention, desired frequency and any preference for cleaning products. Each home and each customer are unique, so this dialogue is essential to ensure that the service is personalized and meets expectations. After understanding the details, we scheduled a first visit for evaluation. During this visit, I do a detailed analysis of the environment and confirm if there is anything that needs special attention, such as persistent stains or areas of difficult access. From this evaluation, I can provide an accurate estimate of the time and materials needed. Once everything is settled, we start the work. The goal is always to ensure a deep and careful cleaning, using quality products and efficient techniques. After cleaning, I like to check with the client if everything was done as agreed and if there are any suggestions for future visits. This continuous feedback process ensures that the service is always aligned with what the customer expects. Maintaining open and clear communication is an essential part of my work, because I believe that trust is the basis of a good professional relationship.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“I’ve been working in the cleaning area for three years and, during that time, I had the opportunity to acquire a lot of experience. I have worked for companies specialized in cleaning services, where I learned the best practices and techniques. In addition, I have developed a careful eye for the details and always do the work with great dedication and excellence. This practical experience has been the basis of my training, and allows me to offer a high quality service to my customers.”
