We absolutely loved the work that Modern House Construction did for us! Rodrigo and his crew were punctual, hard working, fast and thorough! They were also had great customer service and were friendly to work with. They replaced our deck (originally the wood was rotting and deck was falling apart) and we love how it came out! They also did work on our full bathroom (removed our bathfitter, replaced the tub, replaced the window, tiled and painted). We are thrilled with the work they did! I highly recommend hiring them. Check out the before and after photos!

Would definitely recommend Modern House Construction. Their team was very fast and knowledgeable. They did a total kitchen renovation for us in 4 weeks. New floors, new appliances, cabinets, sink, lighting, new door, fresh paint. I expected this job to take 2 months, but someone was at our house working almost every week day and they wrapped it all up in a shocking 4 weeks. The team always cleaned up at the end of the work day and they blocked off the kitchen so there was no dust anywhere else in the house. We have a 2 year old, so that was important to us. The kitchen is beautiful and we are so happy!

We hired Modern House Construction to update our downstairs bathroom. We are VERY pleased with all the work. They met and exceeded our expectations! They completed the project in the time frame we agreed upon and within the estimate we discussed. Their communication was excellent throughout. Udson and his crew are hard workers that maintain a level of professionalism. They were punctual - always showing up when they said, worked all day and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Their attention to detail was top notch which showed while they offered helpful suggestions. We will definitely use Modern House Construction again for future projects. Thank you again!!

Udson and his team completed a range of improvements, repair projects, and painting to prepare for sale of our home and before we moved into our new home. Work was accomplished in a timely manner, the crew was polite, and they left everything neat. We’d definitely work with them in the future.

Modern House Construction was amazing to work with. They came in to fix/finish work another contractor had messed up. They installed new engineered hardwood floors, repaired dry wall, installed a new door frame/ closet, baseboards, and painted. All the work looked professionally done. After a nightmare situation with my first contractor, I couldn’t have been happier with what Udson and his team did. Udson listened to all my concerns and feedback. My condo is a small studio, so there wasn’t much space to move furniture, but they were able to seamlessly work around that obstacle. He was able to look at the project and give me a step by step of what his team would need to do. I would 100% hire them again!
