Udson and his team completed a range of improvements, repair projects, and painting to prepare for sale of our home and before we moved into our new home. Work was accomplished in a timely manner, the crew was polite, and they left everything neat. We’d definitely work with them in the future.

We absolutely loved the work that Modern House Construction did for us! Rodrigo and his crew were punctual, hard working, fast and thorough! They were also had great customer service and were friendly to work with. They replaced our deck (originally the wood was rotting and deck was falling apart) and we love how it came out! They also did work on our full bathroom (removed our bathfitter, replaced the tub, replaced the window, tiled and painted). We are thrilled with the work they did! I highly recommend hiring them. Modern House Construction was amazing to work with. They came in to fix/finish work another contractor had messed up. They installed new engineered hardwood floors, repaired dry wall, installed a new door frame/ closet, baseboards, and painted. All the work looked professionally done. After a nightmare situation with my first contractor, I couldn’t have been happier with what Udson and his team did. Udson listened to all my concerns and feedback. My condo is a small studio, so there wasn’t much space to move furniture, but they were able to seamlessly work around that obstacle. He was able to look at the project and give me a step by step of what his team would need to do. I would 100% hire them again!

Udson and his team at MHC did a great job rebuilding our 1000 sf composite deck in Wellesley. They matched the price of the lowest bidder, started the job promptly, and finished it in less time than we expected- and with no drama or issues. The team was experienced and hard-working, and they kept their work area neat and clean. We had a couple of extras which they took care of at a reasonable price. Our new deck looks great and we would happily work with Modern House again.
