Udson and his team completed a range of improvements, repair projects, and painting to prepare for sale of our home and before we moved into our new home. Work was accomplished in a timely manner, the crew was polite, and they left everything neat. We’d definitely work with them in the future.

We absolutely loved the work that Modern House Construction did for us! Rodrigo and his crew were punctual, hard working, fast and thorough! They were also had great customer service and were friendly to work with. They replaced our deck (originally the wood was rotting and deck was falling apart) and we love how it came out! They also did work on our full bathroom (removed our bathfitter, replaced the tub, replaced the window, tiled and painted). We are thrilled with the work they did! I highly recommend hiring them. Would definitely recommend Modern House Construction. Their team was very fast and knowledgeable. They did a total kitchen renovation for us in 4 weeks. New floors, new appliances, cabinets, sink, lighting, new door, fresh paint. I expected this job to take 2 months, but someone was at our house working almost every week day and they wrapped it all up in a shocking 4 weeks. The team always cleaned up at the end of the work day and they blocked off the kitchen so there was no dust anywhere else in the house. We have a 2 year old, so that was important to us. The kitchen is beautiful and we are so happy!

They did such a great job on the demolition of our wall and ceiling! We thought we had a load bearing wall and he was able to assure us that we did not and was honest that we could have done the work ourselves (we’re pretty handy) but we decided to go with them because they were honest and gave us a fair quote. The job was done in less than two days and they tidied up after themselves. Super friendly crew, and even with the language barrier they made sure I fully understood what was going on. Highly highly recommend hiring them! I will be hiring them again soon for another project :) (I don’t have a picture of immediately after they left but it was cleaner than these photos as the second one was mid day of the project!)
