They were very professional and responded to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Zuck Painting painted the exterior of our 93-year-old brick Tudor-style house in Newton. We are very pleased with the work they did. They did an excellent job in the prep work and were careful and thorough in the painting. The prep work included replacing some trim; their carpentry was well done.Most of the exterior is brick but significant sections are clapboards or stucco. There is wood trim all around the house. A lot of caulking was needed; again, they were thorough and neat.They used high quality materials. We met four different painters. All were professional and friendly. It was clear to me that the painters and others in the company wanted to do a high quality job. It shows in their work!Communicating with the painters on site was difficult because of language issues. When I needed to, I emailed their office and whatever I had to say was communicated quickly and easily. (I am sure I could have telephoned the office. Email was easier for me.)Only over time will I know how will the painting will stand up. For now, I would be happy to use Zuck Painting again or to recommend them to others.
