- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically a percentage of the rental or HOA income. If it’s and an “a la carte” property management service you need, the job will be priced accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have initial conversation about what they are looking for and what we provide. If both parties feel it plus be a fit, I like to go see the property in person. Estimates can be discussed on initial call but will be finalized after seeing the building or job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree, real estate salesperson license, real estate investor, real estate portfolio management.
