- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a boutique cake maker, my cakes are one of a kind, art pieces. I charge for the artistry and the time it takes to bring it all together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know all the details about what a person wants in their cake before I get started. Then I'll make a sketch with all those details and all the info on it before I send it over for approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in culinary arts and a minor in nutrition. I have a huge garden and my strong suit is working with organic ingredients.
