- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free initial consult where we discuss the customers’ wants and needs and help them choose a package option that suits them best. Additionally, the hourly rate option starts at $100 an hour. *$45 fee if a direct booking is cancelled within 24hrs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the free initial phone consult you may decide on the package that suits you best. We will shop for your specific needs and come back to you with at least three options to choose from. There will be one final consult after this to ensure the style and fit is to your absolute liking and makeup application will be done the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After many years of consulting for friends and family as well as working under other beauty professionals, we decided to come together to fulfill the needs of clients attending any number of special events as well as those wanting to find their perfect everyday look. We’ve had so much fun styling all of our very unique clients over the years and we’ve also learned a lot in the process. Style is not only an art but a science and we strive to help each individual express that in the best way possible.
