I couldn't be happier with the work done by Sander and his crew at Lermon Masonry. The crews removed a 23 ft badly cracked concrete sidewalk and laid down new concrete pavers within 2 days. Just incredible!! They also covered my damaged concrete bottom step with a beautiful granite slab. The reason I chose Lermon Masonry was because, of the 3 estimates, they were the most reasonable (and realistic). The other estimates were nearly twice the price for the same labor and materials. Sander and his crew were also able to start the project within 10 days of first contact and offered a 10 year guarantee on everything, workmanship and materials. It was a no lose situation. Sander and his crew are definitely number 1 on my list for any future projects.

The work done by Lermon Masonry was great! We started off with sloped dirt, and the team leveled it, poured a concrete patio, added steps into the yard, and a retaining wall. It ended up better than I pictured it. I would definitely hire them again!

They did a very good job on pouring new concrete stairs for my bulkhead entrance. The work was quality and complete. They added a drain at the base for extra water proofing in addition to applying water sealer on the walls and stairs. I would absolutely recommend them for other related work. They were all very kind and good to correspond with about what I wanted to do and what would be best.

One of my best experiences. They have fixed more cracks in my foundations happily than I originally showed them. Very willing to do small extra requests. They know their job and dug up foundation, painted waterproofing and put 2 new pipes within a day!! Very reasonable pricing and nice to deal with. Thanks for helping me fix basement.
