There are not enough words to share how ELITE Ghislaine and Pros Who Do Moving are. I did intensive vetting of every possible option — big companies and small businesses alike, as well as UHaul myself — for my move from Connecticut to St. Louis, including three months of storage for a one bedroom apartment. Pros was by far the best price, and I was impressed by their reviews. The white glove service I received far exceeded all expectations. Ghislaine and his partner arrived right on time and carefully packed my whole apartment into their truck, including deconstructing my bed and couch. They handled everything with care and stored it in a climate controlled warehouse for the summer. Then Ghislaine himself drove all of my belongings from CT to St. Louis, Missouri. He arrived RIGHT on time, on the exact date we pre set months before. We were shocked by how efficient, effective, and perfectly reliable every single step of this move was. Truly, do not look any further. This is the best business in the moving company. The movers reached out proactively to update their ETA, which was exactly in the expected range. It really helped us stay on time since we had so many different things to do for the move that day. They handled our fragile and upholstered itsms with care, above and beyond what I’ve seen other movers do. They were extremely careful and adept at getting our couch down a narrow steep staircase with no damage. The job took much less time than expected because of their skill and efficiency.
