I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this company's professionalism and preparedness. Three months ago, they assessed the project and provided me with an estimate. On the scheduled start day, they arrived several hours late and then left the site without any explanation. I tried calling and texting but received no response. Eight hours later, they finally texted me back, stating that they would not proceed with the project unless I agreed to pay double the original price they had quoted. I found this behavior to be quite unprofessional.
