Hi! My name is Jean, and I’m a Health & Fitness Coach. I help individuals to build confidence and feel POWERFUL through amazing body transformation and healthy living.
Note: My program is NOT just personal training. I have a very holistic and comprehensive approach that involves improving all areas of your life related to health, fitness, and living up to your full potential. My program is for those who really want to change their lives for the better and are willing to put in the work to do so.
Things that we will work on together include:
•Creating a consistent fitness routine that fits with your goals and lifestyle
•Developing healthier eating habits & using nutrition to boost your fitness results (whether that's fat loss, muscle gain, or both!)
•Identifying & breaking down mental barriers to adopting a healthier lifestyle
•Addressing other lifestyle habits (ex. sleep, stress, time management, etc.) that may be holding you back from achieving your goals
