Kristen at Nursing Your Way to Wellness is the perfect person to go-to for all things mind and body! She offers all types of options to help keep you accountable and restart your healthy habits! One-on-one coaching, reiki, and workshops to name a few.
She sends along with some great and useful resources including mindfulness techniques, tips and tricks for everyday life, and easy-to-follow recipes.
She is easy to connect with and has a way to keep you engaged, accountable, and get the best results. Kristen is very personable, relatable, honest and the most genuine human ever. You know what you’re getting is from her heart and soul and she fully excels at her work.

I worked with Kristen of Nursing Your Way to Wellness for her 5-day Fall Reset. What I thought I signed up for was 5 days full of recipes, eliminating things from my diet and tips on how to cook more healthfully - what I actually got out of the experience was so much more. The reset was 5 days of delicious recipes, cooking tips/tricks to work smarter not harder, adding nutrients to my diet, self care/mindfulness exercises and SO much information through 1:1 emails with Kristen, the Facebook group support and multiple virtual calls. Kristens knowledge on all things health, food and encompassing mind/body wellness is impressive to say the least - to chat with her and notice how she answers questions thoughtfully right off the cuff, you know you are working with a experienced, true professional. The fall reset was actually so much fun, unlike any other challenge (cleanses, whole30) I have tried in the past and I ended the week feeling educated and ready to apply everything I learned to my everyday life- and my familys!
